Srividya Sundaresan heads the Intellectual Property Law practice at Eshwars, bringing over sixteen years of focused expertise in intellectual property rights and corporate compliance. Associated with the firm since 2008, her practice encompasses trademark registration, copyright protection, design registrations, IP audits, and the management of comprehensive IP portfolios for clients across pharmaceuticals, FMCG, and automotive industries. She advises on both domestic IP strategy and international protection, working with a wide network of global legal counsel, and maintains regular interaction with legal counterparts worldwide. A Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, she is admitted to the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry and is a member of the Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Karnataka. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Meenakshi College for Women and a Bachelor of Laws from Sri R.K.M. Law College, is fluent in English, Tamil, and Hindi, and is based in Chennai.
