Eshwar Sabapathy is the Managing Partner of Eshwars, Advocates — House of Corporate and IPR Laws — and one of Chennai's most distinguished corporate lawyers. His practice spans mergers and acquisitions, arbitration, insolvency and bankruptcy, corporate governance, and contract law, and over a career of strategic depth and courtroom authority he has become a trusted counsel for businesses navigating complex transactions, regulatory scrutiny, and adversarial disputes.
